FCC認(rèn)證模式

根據(jù)美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通訊法規(guī)相關(guān)部分(CFR 47部分)規(guī)定。凡進(jìn)入美國(guó)的電子類(lèi)產(chǎn)品都需要進(jìn)行美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)(FCC: Federal Comnmnieations Commission)認(rèn)證。

FCC認(rèn)證常見(jiàn)的3種認(rèn)證模式。不同的認(rèn)證模式.標(biāo)簽和警告語(yǔ)的加貼要求也不同。這就要求廠家在制作FCC標(biāo)簽之前.首先判斷自己的產(chǎn)品是屬于哪種認(rèn)證模式。中。比較常見(jiàn)的認(rèn)證模式有3種:自我驗(yàn)證V嘶6cation、 符合性聲明Declaration ofConformity(DOC)、認(rèn)證Certification(獲取FCCID).FCC相關(guān)的法規(guī)文件對(duì)不同的產(chǎn)品可選擇的認(rèn)證模式有明確的規(guī)定。這3種認(rèn)證模式.嚴(yán)格程度不同.相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō).前面3種模式的嚴(yán)格程度是遞增的。

即Certification(獲取FCC ID)這種模式最為嚴(yán)格,認(rèn)證和測(cè)試技術(shù)的難點(diǎn)相對(duì)也比較多。

a)自我驗(yàn)證(Verification)模式

這是由制造商或進(jìn)口商自我確保其產(chǎn)品所進(jìn)行的必要的檢測(cè)。適用于自我驗(yàn)證的設(shè)備包括:商用計(jì)算機(jī)、IV和FM的接收器及FCC Rule Part 18的非大眾消費(fèi)者使用的工業(yè)、科研和醫(yī)療設(shè)備。

b)符合性聲明(DOC: Declaration of Confor- -mity)模式

要求設(shè)備責(zé)任方(一般是制造商或進(jìn)口商)必須在FCC指定的合格機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行測(cè)試.需要在產(chǎn)品上加貼相應(yīng)的標(biāo)簽.在用戶(hù)使用手冊(cè)中進(jìn)行聲明，并保留報(bào)告待查。適用于此方式的設(shè)備包括:家用電腦及外設(shè)、民用廣播接收器、超再生接收器、FCC Rule Part 15的其它接收器、電纜系統(tǒng)終端設(shè)備和Part 1 8中的大眾消費(fèi)者使用的工業(yè)、科研和醫(yī)療設(shè)備。同時(shí)對(duì)適用于Verification的產(chǎn)品也可采用DOC的認(rèn)證方式。

c)認(rèn)證Certificon(獲取ID)模式

FCC授權(quán)的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)申請(qǐng)者提交的樣品(或照片)及檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行審核。如果符合規(guī)則要求。則給設(shè)備授權(quán)一個(gè)FCC ID號(hào)碼。適用于這一方式的設(shè)備包括:低電平發(fā)射器如無(wú)繩電話、自動(dòng)i 門(mén)的遙控器、無(wú)線電遙控玩具和安警報(bào)系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)變頻接收器等.設(shè)備責(zé)任方應(yīng)確保相應(yīng)的設(shè)備獲得FCC授權(quán)的ID號(hào)。IFCC認(rèn)證根據(jù)認(rèn)證方式不同會(huì)對(duì)L abel的做相應(yīng)的要求:

FCC專(zhuān)有名詞解釋: 

TCB: Telecommunication Certify Body

FRN: Federal Registration Number,申請(qǐng)F(tuán)CC之公司或子公司需先向其注冊(cè)登錄之號(hào)碼

Grantee code:公司登錄于FCC之代號(hào),申請(qǐng)Grantee Code須提交以下信息:申請(qǐng)公司名稱(chēng),地址,聯(lián)絡(luò)人,聯(lián)絡(luò)人職位，聯(lián)絡(luò)人郵箱，聯(lián)絡(luò)人電話，聯(lián)絡(luò)人傳真。

FCC ID:產(chǎn)品于FCC登錄認(rèn)證之號(hào)碼

認(rèn)證標(biāo)簽要求

三. E-Label

有顯示屏幕的電子產(chǎn)品可用e-label代替貼在產(chǎn)品本體上的label。

需在使用手冊(cè)中說(shuō)明如何在產(chǎn)品中看到e-label,并在使用手冊(cè)和外包裝中顯示E-label信息。E-label的要求和產(chǎn)品本體上的label要求一致。

標(biāo)簽警語(yǔ)

※當(dāng)產(chǎn)品支持用于連接到TV上，環(huán)是通過(guò)空中接收電視信號(hào)時(shí)，需要把以下內(nèi)容放在label.上

This device is intended to be attached to a receiver that is not used to receive over-the-airbroadcBESTON TEST signals. Connection of this device in any other fashion may cause harmful interference to radio communications and is in violation of the FCC Rules, Part 15.若產(chǎn)品面積小于8x 10 cm時(shí),可移至手冊(cè)上

卷標(biāo)擺放注意事項(xiàng):

1) FCC ID標(biāo)簽必須讓消費(fèi)者在購(gòu)買(mǎi)時(shí)清晰可見(jiàn)，可將標(biāo)簽擺放于可移動(dòng)之背蓋或是電池下方。

2)除非產(chǎn)品在販賣(mài)時(shí)不會(huì)安裝電池，如手機(jī)或是無(wú)線電話類(lèi)的產(chǎn)品,方可將標(biāo)簽放置于電池下方。(Marketing the device without the battery installed when the label is in the battery compartment is acceptable).

3)產(chǎn)品尺小于手掌大小(8x10mm)情況下，可將標(biāo)簽警語(yǔ)擺放于使用手冊(cè)上

4) FCC ID: ABBBBBBBB于標(biāo)簽上的呈現(xiàn)方式必須列在同-行,不能分做兩行。

FCC警語(yǔ)

(1).使用手冊(cè)警語(yǔ)-Class B產(chǎn)品

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE STATEMENT

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following

measures:

-- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

--Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

--Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

--Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

(2).使用手冊(cè)警語(yǔ)-Class A產(chǎn)品

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE STATEMENT

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.

Class A的信息類(lèi)產(chǎn)品必須于手冊(cè)上標(biāo)示此段警語(yǔ)

CAUTION:

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the grantee of this device could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

根據(jù)15.21,所有有Radiator的產(chǎn)品必須警告用戶(hù)不得修改產(chǎn)品,因此必須于手冊(cè)上加入此段警語(yǔ)

(3).使手冊(cè)警語(yǔ)無(wú)線相關(guān)功能

如果EUT有無(wú)線功能,使用時(shí)距離人體20cm外,無(wú)SAR要求時(shí),需加下列說(shuō)明: RF exposure warning This equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with provided instructions and the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of atleBESTON TEST 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users and installers must be provide with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.

如果EUT有無(wú)線功能,使用時(shí)距離人體20cm以?xún)?nèi),無(wú)論有無(wú)SAR要求,需加下列說(shuō)明:

RF exposure warning

The equipment complies with FCC RF exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment.

The equipment must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

有SAR要求時(shí),戶(hù)可自行決定是否放置SAR值于手冊(cè)上.

SAR警語(yǔ)范例: SAR Value: X mW/g.

(4).使用手冊(cè)警語(yǔ)-802.11a產(chǎn)品

1)如使用5250-5350及5470-5725頻段之 client端的產(chǎn)品(如網(wǎng)卡)，必須要在手冊(cè)中加注下列警語(yǔ):

This device has no Ad-hoc capability for 5250~5350 and 5470~ 5725 MHz

2)如使用5470-5725 MHz的MBESTON TESTer device應(yīng)該在使用手冊(cè)內(nèi)加注

Outdoor operations in the 5470-5725MHz band is prohibited. This device could not be used in the 5600- 5650 MHz

FCC保密文件

長(zhǎng)期保密(免費(fèi)) :可長(zhǎng)期保密文件包括: [方塊圖] [線路圖 ] [operational description] [BOM list][tune up procedure]

短期保密(收費(fèi)) : [使用手冊(cè)] [內(nèi)外部照片] [測(cè)試照片]

期限為180天但若產(chǎn)品上市,短期保密即視為無(wú)效,文件將被公開(kāi)。45天為- -周期,若需展延保密日期,則需提前通知。

FCC要求731 form、保密信、聲明信等文件上之**人，均須與FCC網(wǎng)站上登記之Grantee code聯(lián)絡(luò)人相同。

若**者為第三人者，則須請(qǐng)Grantee code之聯(lián)絡(luò)人提供授權(quán)信,授權(quán)此第三人處理本案之相關(guān)認(rèn)證作業(yè)。

*請(qǐng)注意，若**者非grantee code之聯(lián)絡(luò)人,即使加蓋該公司之公司章,亦屬無(wú)效。
