FCC認證模式

根據(jù)美國聯(lián)邦通訊法規(guī)相關部分(CFR 47部分)規(guī)定。凡進入美國的電子類產(chǎn)品都需要進行美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會(FCC: Federal Comnmnieations Commission)認證。

FCC認證常見的3種認證模式。不同的認證模式標簽和警告語的加貼要求也不同。這就要求廠家在制作FCC標簽之前.首先判斷自己的產(chǎn)品是屬于哪種認證模式。其中。比較常見的認證模式有3種:自我驗證V嘶6cation、符合性聲明Declaration ofConformity(DOC)、認證Certification(獲取FCCID).FCC相關的法規(guī)文件對不同的產(chǎn)品可選擇的認證模式有明確的規(guī)定。這3種認證模式.嚴格程度不同.相對來說.前面3種模式的嚴格程度是遞增的。即Certification(獲取FCC ID)這種模式最為嚴格，認證和測試技術的難點相對也比較多。

a)自我驗證(Verification)模式

這是由制造商或進口商自我確保其產(chǎn)品所進行的必要的檢測。適用于自我驗證的設備包括:商用計算機、IV和FM的接收器及FCC Rule Part 18的非大眾消費者使用的工業(yè)、科研和醫(yī)療設備。

b)符合性聲明(DOC: Declaration of Confor- -mity)模式

要求設備責任方(一般是制造商或進口商)必須在FCC指定的合格機構(gòu)對產(chǎn)品進行測試需要在產(chǎn)品上加貼相應的標簽.在用戶使用手冊中進行聲明，并保留報告待查。適用于此方式的設備包括:家用電腦及外設、民用廣播接收器、超再生接收器、FCC Rule Part 15的其它接收器、電纜系統(tǒng)終端設備和Part 18中的大眾消費者使用的工業(yè)、科研和醫(yī)療設備。同時對適用于Verification的產(chǎn)品也可采用DOC的認證方式。

c)認證Certificon(獲取ID)模式

FCC授權(quán)的認證機構(gòu)對申請者提交的樣品(或照片)及檢測數(shù)據(jù)進行審核。如果符合規(guī)則要求。則給設備授權(quán)一個FCC ID號碼。適用于這一方式的設備包括:低電平發(fā)射器如無繩電話、自動門的遙控器、無線電遙控玩具和安全警報系統(tǒng)、自動變頻接收器等.設備責任方應確保相應的設備獲得FCC授權(quán)的ID號。IFCC認證根據(jù)認證方式不同會對Label的做相應的要求。

FCC專有名詞解釋:

TCB: Telecommunication Certify Body

FRN: Federal Registration Number,申請FCC之公司或子公司需先向其注冊登錄之號碼

Grantee code:公司登錄于FCCZ代號申請Grantee Code須提交以下信息:申請公司名稱，地址,聯(lián)絡人,聯(lián)絡人職位，聯(lián)絡人郵箱，聯(lián)絡人電話,聯(lián)絡人傳真。

FCC ID:產(chǎn)品于FCC登錄認證之號碼

認證標簽要求

三. E-Label

有顯示屏幕的電子產(chǎn)品可用e-label代替貼在產(chǎn)品本體上的label.

需在使用手冊中說明如何在產(chǎn)品中看到e-label,并在使用手冊和外包裝中顯示E-labe|信息。E-label的要求和產(chǎn)品本體上的labeI要求一致。

卷標擺放注意事項:

1) FCC ID標簽必須讓消費者在購買時清晰可見，可將標簽擺放于可移動之背蓋或是電池下方。

2)除非產(chǎn)品在販賣時不會安裝電池，如手機或是無線電話類的產(chǎn)品，方可將標簽放置于電池下方。(Marketingthe device without the battery installed when the label is in the battery compartment is acceptable).

3)產(chǎn)品尺寸小于手掌大小(8x10mm)情況下，可將標簽警語擺放于使用手冊上

4) FCC ID: AA-BBBBBB于標簽上的呈現(xiàn)方式，必須列在同一行,不能分做兩行。

(1).使用手冊警語-Class B產(chǎn)品

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE STATEMENT

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protectionagainst harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and canradiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, maycause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee thatinterference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmfulinterference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment offand on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following.

--Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

--Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

--Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver isconnected.

--Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

(2).使用手冊警語-Class A產(chǎn)品

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protectionagainst harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. Thisequipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used inaccordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which casethe user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.

(3).使用手冊警語無線相關功能

如果EUT有無線功能,使用時距離人體20cm外,無SAR要求時,需加下列說明: RF exposure warning This equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with provided instructions and the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of atleBESTON TEST 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction withany other antenna or transmitter. End-users and in stallers must be provide with antenna installationinstructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.

如果EUT有無線功能，使用時距離人體20cm以內(nèi)，無論有無SAR要求需加下列說明:

(4).使用手冊警語-802.11a產(chǎn)品

1)如使用5250-5350及5470-5725頻段之client端的產(chǎn)品(如網(wǎng)卡),必須要在手冊中加注下列警語:

2)如使用5470-5725 MHz的MBESTON TESTer device應該在使用手冊內(nèi)加注
